{"id":301,"date":"2008-02-15T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2008-02-15T16:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=301"},"modified":"2024-02-12T10:06:31","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T09:06:31","slug":"lomo-embuchado-casero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=301","title":{"rendered":"Lomo embuchado casero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aunque ponga muchas recetas de dulces, yo siempre he sido m\u00e1s de lo salado, pero \u00faltimamente tambi\u00e9n disfruto de hacer reposter\u00eda porque es muy agradecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero hoy os traigo un lomo embuchado muy rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda que hicimos la sobrasada mi amiga Auro y yo, quiz\u00e1s muchas la hay\u00e1is visto en su web, yo no la puse porque la ten\u00eda del a\u00f1o pasado, tambi\u00e9n hicimos lomo embuchado en tripa sint\u00e9tica, yo ya lo hab\u00eda hecho en otras ocasiones pero envolvi\u00e9ndolo en el velo que recubre la manteca del cerdo, como no siempre es posible conseguirlo, he recurrido a la tripa ,es un poco m\u00e1s complicado de envasar, pero el resultado vale la pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un lomo entero de cerdo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal, piment\u00f3n y tripa sint\u00e9tica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar el lomo en 4 trozos, primero por la mitad y despu\u00e9s de nuevo por la mitad pero horizontalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untarlo de piment\u00f3n por todas las caras, salarlo bien y meter dentro de la tripa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colgar y dejar secar 3 o 4 semanas al menos dependiendo de la zona en donde viv\u00e1is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que aproveche!!!!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aunque ponga muchas recetas de dulces, yo siempre he sido m\u00e1s de lo salado, pero \u00faltimamente tambi\u00e9n disfruto de hacer reposter\u00eda porque es muy agradecida.
