{"id":386,"date":"2008-10-26T11:38:19","date_gmt":"2008-10-26T16:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=386"},"modified":"2024-02-11T19:12:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-11T18:12:32","slug":"mojama-de-atn-casera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=386","title":{"rendered":"Mojama de at&uacute;n casera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Esta idea es de Ana de <a href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/www.recetasdemama.es\/2008\/09\/atun-en-salazon\/\">Las recetas de mam\u00e1<\/a> , pero yo la vari\u00e9 un poco sin saber si ir\u00eda a la basura o seria una delicia, hasta incluso hablando con ella me dijo que todo es probar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, ella la hizo en aceite, pero como yo hab\u00eda hecho el jam\u00f3n de pato y me funcion\u00f3 , prob\u00e9 con el at\u00fan y no solo no fu\u00e9 a la basura si no que ya tengo un par de trozos m\u00e1s envueltos en el frigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un trozo de at\u00fan rojo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal gorda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner en un taperware un lecho de sal, encima colocar el trozo de at\u00fan y cubrir de nuevo con sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapar y dejar 36 o 48 horas (depende de el grosor) en el frigo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavarlo para quitarle la sal y secarlo bien con papel de cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envolver en una gasa de algod\u00f3n y dejar en el frigo hasta que se seque<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: el 1\u00ba que hice lo tuve al menos 2 semanas hasta probarlo, el de la foto creo que tiene al menos 3 semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las almendras son fritas caseras, la combinaci\u00f3n de sabores est\u00e1 muy rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que aproveche!!!!!!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta idea es de Ana de Las recetas de mam\u00e1 , pero yo la vari\u00e9 un poco sin saber si ir\u00eda a la basura o seria una delicia, hasta incluso hablando con ella me dijo que todo es probar.
