{"id":909,"date":"2015-01-02T23:23:20","date_gmt":"2015-01-02T22:23:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=909"},"modified":"2024-02-11T18:57:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-11T17:57:02","slug":"ragout-de-pavo-al-ajillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/migranitodesal.com\/?p=909","title":{"rendered":"Ragout de pavo al ajillo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Empezamos el a\u00f1o y lo empezamos con algunos kilos de m\u00e1s, por lo que hay que empezar a comer alimentos bajos en grasas, as\u00ed que hoy me he decidido por este ragout de pavo al ajillo con unos champi\u00f1ones y un calabac\u00edn de guarnici\u00f3n .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Ragout de pavo al ajillo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong><br>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br>\n<\/span><\/span>Una bandeja de ragout de pavo, + o- 1 kilo<br>\nMedia cebolla<br>\n7 o 8 dientes de ajo<br>\nUn chorreon de Pedro Ximenez<br>\nAceite, sal, pimienta, perejil, harina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br>\n<\/span>Poner en adobo el pavo, con sal, pimienta, 3 dientes de ajo muy picados y perejil picado<br>\nDejarlos un par de horas<br>\nPoner aceite en la cubeta,( medio vasito) enharinar el pavo, sofre\u00edr y retirar<br>\nEn ese aceite sofre\u00edr el resto de los ajos cortados a l\u00e1minas, sofre\u00edr y sacar<br>\nSofre\u00edr la cebolla cortada en br\u00fbnoise, bien pochada y confitada, a\u00f1adir los ajos en laminas, el pavo y a\u00f1adir el chorreon de Pedro Ximenez , sofre\u00edr un poco, rectificar de sal, a\u00f1adir medio vasito medidor de agua, tapar la olla y programar 12 minutos o como es la Touch Advance, ponerle men\u00fa carne y restarle 3 minutos<br>\nDejar despresurizar sola y destapar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo he acompa\u00f1ado con una guarnici\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de champi\u00f1ones y calabac\u00edn a la plancha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que aproveche!!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Empezamos el a\u00f1o y lo empezamos con algunos kilos de m\u00e1s, por lo que hay que empezar a comer alimentos bajos en grasas, as\u00ed que hoy me he decidido por este ragout de pavo al ajillo con unos champi\u00f1ones y un calabac\u00edn de guarnici\u00f3n .
